As we finalize our programs for Fall 2024 - Spring 2025, we are progressively listing them below. We encourage you to review and register early, as space is limited.

Robotics Training Institute (RTI)

RTI offers a comprehensive series of 3-hour workshops tailored to enhance the skills of middle and high school robotics teams. Covering essential areas such as Computer-Aided Design, programming, technical writing, marketing, public speaking, and fundraising, our workshops are meticulously designed to equip teams with the multifaceted expertise crucial for success in robotics competitions. We understand that excelling in robotics demands proficiency across various disciplines, and our program is dedicated to cultivating these vital skills.

Competitive robotics teams

We are starting the new 2024-2025 Robotics and Aerial Drone Season! Below is more information regarding the different teams. Keep in mind that when joining the competitive teams, team members are required to attend competitions.

  • Students participate in a STEM Entrepreneurial challenge where the robot is the "product". Members choose committees to be a part of including Robot build and program, CAD design, Fundraising, Marketing, Presentation, Exhibit Booth, Engineering Notebook and more. The competition is in the fall and the more time you put into the program, the more leadership and skill development the student achieves.

  • Embark on an exhilarating journey with our Competitive Drones Teams, brought to you in collaboration with the Robotics Education Foundation. Join us as we delve into the dynamic world of drones using the innovative Co-Drone EDU platform.

Throughout the program, teams will master the art of drone flight, honing their skills in precision maneuvers and effective communication during blind flying scenarios. Additionally, participants will delve into the realm of programming, learning the versatile language of Python to command their drones with finesse and creativity.

The cost to participate on the team is $600 per family and an additional
$135 per child. This money can be paid in one payment or divided out
monthly, whatever is most convenient for your family. Scholarships are
available should you need support to participate in the program. This fee does not cover the cost of travel to competitions.

In addition, students and parents will be asked to participate in
fundraising activities to raise support for the entire program or to
assist the team in some volunteer position.
