Montezuma Ball, one of New Mexico’s oldest traditions and largest fundraisers to benefit area nonprofit organizations, has selected R4 Creating and Mandy’s Farm as beneficiaries of this year’s annual fundraising ball to be held on Nov. 23 at Hotel Albuquerque in Old Town.
This one-of-a-kind fine art exhibit has been curated from esteemed galleries and private collections. This collection of the finest in sculpture, painting, pottery and more will be presented at an online auction August 23 – September 6, 2024. Your tax-deductible art purchase will help support these amazing non-profits.
R4Creating is a 501c3 that provides support to increase STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) experiences and opportunities for students and has received national awards and recognition since 2005. In 2023, R4Creating served over 4,500 youth and 300 educators/adults across the state of NM with programs in emerging technologies including competitive robotics, drones, 3D printing, stop motion animation and more. Programs include community outreach, professional development for educators and workforce development. R4Creating provides a place for kids to learn and belong, building learners into successful leaders!
Mandy’s Farm is a 501c3 that assists individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals for living, learning and working in the community.
Mandy’s Farm serves over 200 adults with developmental disabilities living in the Albuquerque metro area. The services of Mandy’s Farm provide a lifeline to these adults, allowing them to successfully participate in their community, obtain and retain employment, and reduce instances of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
Online auction goes live August 23,2024 7:30pm and closes September 6, 2024 7:30pm.
