2025 STEM FESTIVAL

PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO RECORDING, AND AUDIO RECORDING RELEASE

R4Creating is hosting a STEM Festival on Monday, September 2, 2024, during which students and adults will be able to participate in activities related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, or STEM. R4Creating expects to capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings (“Recordings”) of STEM Festival participants, which these Recordings may be used by R4Creating to promote its activities and programs through such manner or media as websites, social media, newsletters, newspapers, and other similar media. This Photograph, Video Recording, and Audio Recording Release authorizes R4Creating to use these Recordings for such purposes.

1. I hereby authorize R4Creating, acting through its employees, agents, or representatives, to take Recordings of me, including my name, image, my likeness, my performance, and/or my voice, during the 2024 STEM Festival. I also grant R4Creating an unlimited right to use, reproduce, broadcast, display, exhibit, create derivative works from, and distribute the Recordings in any manner or media now existing or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without notifying me.

2. I hereby agree that the Recordings may be used by R4Creating, including its successors and assigns, for any purpose, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, publicity, or other promotional purposes. I agree that R4Creating will have final editorial authority over any future use of the Recordings, and I waive any right to inspect or approve any future use of the Recordings.

3. I hereby acknowledge that I do not expect to receive any royalties or other compensation from R4Creating arising from or related to any future use of the Recordings.

4. I hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge R4Creating and its employees, agents, and representatives, and its successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, complaints, causes of action, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, damages, indemnities, and obligations of every kind and nature, in law or in equity, fixed or contingent, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or relating any future use of the Recordings.
